FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you cover my area?
We are based in Kent, but cover all areas. The current record is set by Batman who did an event in Alexandria, Egypt!

Are you just another mascot company?
Hell No! We are NOT a mascot company! A typical mascot company will supply a person dressed as a superhero, where as we supply what your children will believe IS a superhero!

How and when do I pay?
We take a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining fee is then due one week before the event. Sorry but we do not accept cash payments.

Where can I host my party?
If you are having a party package/disco or a superhero training party, a hall is best as we require a large flat area. For a meet and greet style character visit we can make an appearance at any venue. This can be at your home, soft play centre, laser tag arena, bowling alley, trampoline/inflatable park, which can make for some super fun interaction with the characters (If open to the public, you will need to check that your venue allows character visits)

Is there a limit on the number of children per entertainer?
Yes, this number will depends on a couple of factors, please let us know how many children you are expecting to be in attendance when you enquire.

What's the maximum number of characters I can have?
Pending availability, as many as your budget will allow! (The record currently stands at 12!)

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance

Will you work along side other companies/entertainers?
Definitely! If you already have an entertainer or party package booked elsewhere and want to add some of our characters to your party that is perfectly fine with us. It would be a good idea to let the other company know ahead of time so that they can adjust their routine if need be.

What is your cancelation policy?
All deposits are paid to secure your date and are thus non refundable or transferable. If full payment has already been made and your event is less than a week away then a refund or balance transfer will be at our discretion. We understand that things can come up that are out of your control, so if there looks like there may be an issue with your booking proceeding as planned please let us know as early as you can and we will try our best to accommodate you
